We ask that you carefully inspect your items upon delivery to ensure they meet your order specifications. If you need to exchange or return an item, please note that it must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging.

For any DOA (dead on arrival) items, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery to process a claim under our 14-Day Product Guarantee. In cases where the item has significant value, we may request its return. Please ensure all accessories, such as tags, certificate of ownership, and fasteners are included in the return. Missing components will incur an additional charge.

Since Defunct Dialect is a small, boutique art operation, we do not offer returns for items that are delivered as-ordered and undamaged. We appreciate your understanding as we work to deliver our art with care and precision!
